I am having pain in my chest especially when taking a deep breath, but even when not, it is on the left side and behind my left breast and goes to the left side of my back, their is also a warm feeling that won't go away

Get to an ER ASAP I have Heart problems too and a possible mild Heart attack in 03 so get to an ER right away before it's to late it's best to be on the safe side then risk a major Hearrt Attack if that's what's going on,Jim

I hope by now you have been to the hospital and all is ok. If you have not, please call you doctor and describe what has been happening to you. The previous poster is right - always call 911 - that is what they are there for.
