Don't fool around with any of this.  Get an EKG immediately to be sure.  I was told I had reflux and was given a muscle relaxer at an ER that did not have an EKG machine.  I saw my GP 3 days later, had the EKG, and was admitted with unstable angina later that day.  A week later I was the proud owner of three cardiac stents!!  Blockage in the three main arteries was 98%.  I am a lucky man.  The GP and the EKG saved my life.
