HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR AN 8CM BLOCKAGE TO OCCUR IN ARTERY?

My Dad died in January 2004 from heart attack aged 49.    He had a heart attack in 2002.   In November 2003 he drove himself to hospital complaining of chest pains but the hospital sent him home with 'indegestion'.   2 1/2 months later, in January he died of an 8cm…
