she suffered a stroke during surgery.  I have raised four healthy children and I can really see the difference between my children and my boyfriends child.  My problem is that the mother does not take this child to get her regular MRI and/or any type of scans to see how she has progressed.  Not only that the mother smoke around the child and has a cat litter box in her bedroom. 

I do not want you to think I am the bothersome new girlfriend for I am not.  I have been with my boyfriend for more than three years and for the last three years mom has been telling my boyfriend how their daughter is always sick and needs a MRI.
