Q: please help me understand this: Anterior mitral valve prolapse in essential hypertension - stage 2 thank you very much

I have a friend whose son, a 22 year old, is suffering for several days high blood pressure (170/120 or 150/110). after consultation with their doctor, the diagnosis is: Anterior mitral valve prolapse in essential hypertension - stage 2 they will also told that their son is suspected to have an enlargement of the heart. please help me understand it in a layman's explanation. thank you very much and more power.
