My brother just had 5 bypass heart surgery, he is 54, retired service guy special forces etc... he gets so depressed, crying and he doesnt understand why, he said he is not a sissy he has been through many things, he just don't understand. It is killing me that I can't help he even ask do I hate him and I have not left his side, only to go to work and if his girlfriend is around. I keep assuring him but can you give me or him any advice. Please help!

Hi Marie,
Your brother may benefit from counseling/therapy. I recommend discussing with his physician to receive referrals.
