Q: Sternum pain on the right of my chest

I'm a 32 year old male about 170 pounds, I smoke maybe a pack of smokes a day, my blood pressure is excellent even after I have a smoke.  Over a year now I have had a pain in my sternum area that can be sharp and feel like painful pressure. But the pain also crawls over to my nipple area every now and then, and the pain turns to a burning sensation.  Also, when I strech as in putting my arms up in the air to strech I can feel some pain but nothing to bad. Also, it does not hurt to breath what so ever so I am a tad bit confused.

Hi Larry7723,

I recommend contacting your physician for an evaluation to determine the cause of your symtpoms and appropriate treatment.

Hello,

I have the exact same issue.  I have stopped smoking but it still persists.  Just curious if you ended up seeing your doctor?  If so, what was the outcome.

I would be curious to know.
