Topics:Heart Attack Symptoms In Women

I was sitting and experienced this pain mid upper back between shoulder blades, dull and like a fullness, it went thru into my lower neck in the front. Thought it was indigestion but seemed a lot worse than normal indigestion. Took ant-acids, which didn't really do much, although released some gas, but pain still there. Lay down and it got a bit better, then got worse again. Eventually it was mainly better, so I took and asprin tablet. All up it probably lasted about 20 mins, on and off.

I didn't have any sweating, or abnormal pulse rate, but lately have been aware of being more tired and definitely more short of breath on exertion especially walking up inclines.

Have had a history of High blood pressure some years back but it mainly settled and I came off my medication. Last time I checked my blood pressure in the Pharmacy, it was 145/85

Could this indicate Cardiac pain?
