Thursday, April 28, 2011 Logan asks

Q: can you be having a heart attack and not know it?..like say increase of heart rate tingling of the left arm and pain when you breath or even eat?

YES. You mention some of the many things that MAY be Symptom of a heart attack.

But a person can even have a heart attack with out feeling any pain or even any symptoms, so YES, a person can have a heart attack and not know it.
