Eating magnesium or sugar would not be typical causes of GERD.  Go to the "prevention and treatment" page at the above link and there is a list of common causes of GERD.

Thank you, i have read about gerd, that is why i was thinking it might be that. But what can it be if it is caused by eating magnesium? With no problems with acid in the troath? Especially eating it before sleeping causes it. Pain, murmors, dry eyes, dry tounge.. pain gets worse from preassure to left side and sometimes a little little burp comes.
