Q: How significant is a finding of the following on an ekg: Moderate inferior repolarization disturban

My ekg showed moderate inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia or LV overload, negative T in III, and RSR in V1 and V2.  The only symptoms I have sometimes is SOB with exertion.  What could this be indicative of? (HR in low 50s and stable BP) Thank you.
