That is GREAT!!

Though it can go a little bit higher in some people, 60 to 65 is normal.

People that had a heart attack or other heart problems it's much lower.

I had a heart attack, but was able to get to the hospital quick, 3 months after my EF was 55 to 60.

To explain a bit of what it means:

One of the chambers in you heart is full with blood, and each time the heart beat blood is pumped out of that chamber. Well, not all of the blood is pumped out on each beat, only that percentage of it.

If the percent is really now, it's dangerous.

Healthy individuals typically have ejection fractions between 50% and 65%

However, normal values depend upon the modality being used to calculate the ejection fraction, and some sources consider an ejection fraction of 55-75% to be normal.
