Q: 19 year old female with some concearns

I am a 19 year old female from Canada. recently I have been feeling anxious for no reason. I had high blood pressure that went upto 190 out of 100. I was kept in the hospital till it went down. But it is back up again now. at times I get short breathed, and breathing quickly. I have had some tightening in my cheast and a little bit of pain... Im guessing this is not normal for someone of my age. I don't smoke, I walk regularly, eat healthy...etc.. Should I go back to the hospital? Also I had a cholesterol of 260.. apparently that isn't good either?
