Hi Shae,
I have never seen an HDL of 476. You should speak with your physician about your results again to ensure that you have the right information (it's possible to have triglycerides as high as 476) and to see if this could possibly be a lab error. Here is some information that may be helpful, but again, review your results with your physician to make sure that the information that was provided to you is correct.
