He is now in worse condition than before the surgery. Please explain how you go about repairing a leaking aneurism? Thanks
Q: My friend had surgery for a leaking aneurism. Some of the glue seperated and caused a heart attack.

I'm not sure where the aneurism was, but here is some information about treatment for an abdominal aortic aneurism.
