Pain below the left of the breast, right where the heart is. Is this a muscle spasm

Out of concern, I am having muscle or heart spasms below my left breast. Every move I make, breath I inhale & exhale, feels like a heart attack, muscle or heart complication. I am grabbing the left of my breast, where there is tightness below of my left breast. Can someone please tell me, have I strained a muscle in that area or is this a heart complication?

Chest pain can be very difficult to diagnose, especially in females and diabetics, who experience cardiac pain in many more ways than men. However, cardiac pain is not usually associated with position changes or breathing. These characteristics are more commonly associated with muscular causes. But it sounds like your discomfort is quite intense and you have obvious concern. Therefore, I suggest that you make an appointment with your primary care physician for his evaluation of your symptoms and what may be the cause.
