It happens most of the day, also when I put my hand over my heart, my heartbeat doesnt feel too strong at all. Hi Ims940,

Left arm or armpit pain and left sided chest pain definitely warrant you seeing your physician as soon as possible.

While you are young, it is still possible to have heart problems.

Aloha Ims940,

I'm really surprised you've lived with such a condition so long without seeking out help.

The clear sticky secretions are suspicious.  My guess is that this has more to do with a lung infection perhaps.  Please don't ignore this!  Just having sticky secretions in your lung would make it burn.  Your left lung fills your entire left chest around your heart and stomach.  If you ignore an issue you may permanently damage your lung.

Four to six months is a really long time to live with this.  If you have no insurance, or whatever the reason you haven't received help yet, please consider going to your nearest emergency room.

Be well!

Carrie
