was in icu after experiencing sob on 2 liters o2, high blood pressures, low saturations of o2, chest pain, felt like heart skipping and retaining co2 resulting in higher levels. I was placed on bi-pap and symptoms improved and test was done and doctor was questioning pulmonary hypertension, but after test says i do not and states I have a raised diapham and question shrinking lung disease and am to go to mayo clinic. but while getting home and waiting snice end july for mayo appointment i have been on o2 at 2 liters at home and on bi pap at night. I have been stable but last few day symptoms like before has begun again but the pulmonalogist gave no concern to cardiac consult or problems after hospitaltion.  My questions is my echo results where as follows: the cardiac chambers, left ventricular systolic function, and left venticular wall motion are within normal limits.  Visual ejection fraction is 65-70%.  The reight ventricle is normal.  No aortic regurgitation is present. No hemodynamically signigicant valvular aortic stenosis.  The mitral valve is groosly normal.  There is trace mitral regurgiation, within the phsiological range of normal.  there is 1 + tricuspid regurgitation.  Right ventricular systolic pressure is elevated at 40-50mm hg, consistent with moderate pulmonary hypertension.  No aortic disection seen.  Trivial pericardial effusion., should I be concerned cardiac wise and see a heart doctor, my ekg and heart rhythem is normal but xray shows cardimyopathy, I am 38 year old female and am obese and on comadian, I have not noted a fever but do that lortab that may mask fever, last couple days I have started noting chest pressure and 1-2+ pitting edema in legs and can tell edema in hands and some in face, I did see doctor but no chages except to add extra lasix.
