I have been experiencing a numbness and tingly feeling in my right arm and right leg. Pain in my right shoulder. I also have developed a lump in the back of my neck below my hairline on the right side near my shoulder. Not sure how long the lump has been there but noticed last week. It a bought the size of a marble under my skin.

You should have this checked. The lump could be causing pressure on the nerves in your neck. Lump could be due to many causes.
