Saturday, December 11, 2010 OOliveRR asks

Q: What type of headache gives you pressure on top your head i have had it for about three days now and it is triggered pretty much the same time of day different locations? thank you

I have occipital neuralgia but when i press on the nerves there is no pain and I went to the clinic but they just seemed to try and hurry up and get me out of there and said I had a sinus infection. I have had tons of sinus infections before I had surgery on my sinuses last year it really doesn't feel like one but one thing I have noticed my eyes have been some what itchy and it just feels like a pressure on top of my head like someone is just pushing down on top of it, it is so frustrating and it is ruining my family and work life its hard enough living with occipital neuralgia now this please help...

I don't have an answer for you, but do encourage you to seek a second opinion and find a physician willing to investigate the situation further.
