it has a redness or blueish affect around the area it will also get larger at times but it doesnt go away I had treatment for skin cancer on my face could this be somother form of cancer irene

It's not possible to say with any certainty what your lump is caused by. This is a situation that requires a doctor to examine this area, and best judge what is going on. As to your question concerning cancer: again, this requires an office visit. There is a long list of possibilities, some of which can be serious, and most of which are minor.
Call your doctor for an appointment as soon as possible to get to the bottom of this situation.
