i don't have a list.  I rather educate people on how to know if a food is heart healthy or not.  There are many products that make themselves sound healthy when they really aren't.   Foods you should be eating are foods from the produce section from the grocery store.  Not canned or prepackaged fruits or vegetables, but the actual fruits and vegetables.    Unflavored nuts.  Macadamia nuts are good as are all nuts.  Just be sure you don't buy them when they have flavorings such as barbeque or wasabi for example.   Tuna (as well as other unprocessed seafoods) is good.  if you don't like tuna, look for Yellowfin tuna.  it costs more but doesn't have all the fishy-ness to it that the cheaper tuna has. Meats are ok if there aren't any additives.  At the same time, you don't know what hormones were injected into the animal so consume with caution.  Look for chicken breast that doesn't have MSG, broth, or natural flavoring added.   http://www.heart-healthy-foods-4me.com
