I'm not sure medically what your options are. I do recommend consulting with your physician.
You may want to discuss and complete lab workup to determine if you have any nutrient deficiencies that may be contributing to the chest pain/angina, such as a coenzyme q10 deficiency. Also, consider implementing diet changes to promote a lower blood pressure, such as increased fruits/vegetables along the lines of the DASH diet.
