Q: Do these sound like symptons of an STD? Help!

I recently had sex with an asian escort last night. I asked her if she was cleaned and safe, she said yes. ( like we  can be certain). Anyways, after that she gave me the condom and she gave me some protected oral sex. We did not mouth kissed at all, however, I kissed her neck and nipples. And then we had some vaginal sex with condom. However, at one point we were doing doggie style and the condom fell off, and I believe I came in contact with her. She immediately noticed that and stopped and we washed. (like that would help). Then, we had some more intercourse with another condom for a few more minutes.

Also, in my lower abdomen area I noticed that I had some bumps that look like pimples. However, I noticed them right after the encounter (that same night, perhaps they were there before, I don't know). I've been researching and I think these are ingrown hairs, since I had recently shaved that area a few days ago. Right now, they look like pimples, yet they do not itch or hurt.

Now, it has been 5 days since the sexual encounter and I have started to feel flu-like symptoms, such as headaches, some muscle pain especially in my legs and lower back, fever, running nose, and some sore throat. Also, I have felt my penis to be warmer than usual.

Now my question being is what are my chances of getting any harsh STDs or HIV from that incident when the condom fell off. I'm not sure it is herpes, but what kind of STD you think these could be? I'm really really scared. Also, how long should I wait to go and get tested from STDs or HIV? Please help, any advice will be useful.

Hi Mathrpo89:

I strongly recommend you be seen by a physician as soon as possible to be evaluated and to restrain from any sexual activity until you have done so. It is a high possibility you could have contracted an STD. There is always a chance to contract a STD when using or not using protection.
