Hi Ann,

Tenoretic is a combination of a beta blocker and diuretic used to lower blood pressure. Since it does contain a diuretic, it is possible that the medication could "dry" you out a little. I would recommed to continue using chapstick and to drink plenty of fluids (especially water). If this persists, I would also recommend talking to your doctor.

Thanks for your question!
