The images I am able to find are pink Lupin (lisinopril) 20mg or yellow Lupin (lisinopril) 40mg. Is it possible that you normally take a 40mg tablet which is yellow but were given the pink one (20mg) as a substitute and should have taken 2 (or vice versa...that you should have cut the yellow one in half?) The only other thing I can think of is that one was a 20mg generic compared to brand name, which can react differently in different people depending on the fillers used in the pills. I highly encourage you to speak with your pharmacist about your concerns and make sure you are taking the correct pill and correct dose.
