Hi Curious01,
What's important with monitoring blood pressure, is that you check it at the same time everyday. So, if you check at 10 a.m. today, check at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
You're MD may have a preference on what time of day he/she prefers. Possibly once in the morning and once at night. Your pregnancy, or if you're on blood pressure medications or recently changed prescriptions/dose, more frequent monitoring may be warranted.
Check out this article - Home Blood Pressure Monitoring Recommended - for more information. It states daily monitoring is not needed, but several times a week is good. Again, your pregnancy may warrant more frequent monitoring, but it's best to consult your MD.
All the best,
