Q: What could cause a young girl (17) to have a heart attack?

My chest and arm hurt. There is pressure and sharp pain. I REALLY do not want to call 911, but I don't know if I am in danger. It's possible that I may be having the right symptoms, but why? I am too young and not overweight.
