My first suggestion is to consult your doctor. There is no replacement for a doctor who can see and speak to you personally. Things to think about before you see your doctor might be: does the pain occur all at once, or does it start in one place and radiate to another? Had you strained yourself in anyway prior to the experience? Sometimes injuries dont hurt while in the action of the day, but when you go to sleep they stiffen up and that is when they begin to hurt. Of course seeing your doctor is the best thing for you to do, but answering these questions for yourself before you go to see him/her will make the trip a little easier for you both.
