Hello mikie

Unfortunately your question got cut short, but I will surmise that you were going to ask if these were symptoms of heart disease. To answer your question, fatigue and difficulty breathing are symptoms of heart disease, but at the same time they are symptoms of many other conditions from asthma to just playing hard on the court. If your sons breathing and exhaustion are really worrying you, then I would suggest going to a doctor. They can perform simple, unobtrusive tests (like monitoring your sons heart beat while he walks on a treadmill) to assertain his over all health.

I wish your son the best
