Since my sister is lightheaded, sweaty, & short of breath, also is very obese, has had 2 mini strokes a few years ago,has diabeticis, is in stage 3 of Chronic Kidney Disease, is anemic which is called by her kidney disease. She is also very nervous & is taking 1 Xanax a day & she is on a antidepressant called Efexxor 150mg, Darvocet for pain 100mg, but I am not sure how much she takes a day. She see's a diabetic doctor, a kidney doctor, a general practioner doctor & I think she see's a heart doctor sometimes but not much. So could her symptoms of lightheadness, sweaty, & short of breath be a sign that she may be trying to have a Heart Attack? Sometimes her symptoms are real & sometimes we think she fakes them to get attention because she drives everywhere but when she gets around a group of people she knows that will pay attention to her, this always happens, real or not.
