Q: If I am allergic to Iodine is there a substitute for fish oil that I can take?

Hi Lisa Collins:

 

 

Although studies have shown, fish oil supplements are not associated with iodine-related health risks, you should talk to your doctor before taking fish oil. You can also speak to the pharmacist to see if there is a more recommended brand. There are so many different brands and makes of fish oil.
