Hello,Im no expet but do have Heart problems your posting say's they put in a Vein Bigger then the artery,i could see if they put in a vein that was Smaller then the artery,that it could possibly clog as there would be less room for blood flow,but i would think that a larger 1 would allow more blood flow,as It has more space then a smaller vein? Jim
