Q: What are the recovery signs from Congestive Heart Failure? Specifically Systolic Heart Failure?

I was admitted to the local hospital for Congestive Heart Failure on Sept 19, 2011. I'm 45 years old and other than significant osteoarthritis in both shoulders, I'm in very good physical condition. The cardiologist team has narrowed the cause of my CHF to a virus that was recently activated in my heart, causing Systolic Heart Failure. My EF at that time was 10% - 15% and my BP was @ 86 / 48. I'm now walking 2 - 2/5 miles a day and my BP is typically around 107 / 70.
