Hello,      Hopefully you can help me.  My husband got diagnosed with mild global hipokinesis.  He is 48 years old, Run 2 mild every other day and his ef is 33%.   He  dont have aany short of breath or fluid retention, He does het tired slightly more often than before but pretty much  he is very active.  He  dont want to take his medications.  My question is  if he have an ef of 33% how can he run and dont have the regular symptoms of this.   Is it dangerous for him to keep running his 2 miles and lifting weights at the gym?  Please help.  Thank you, CD
