Q: shortness of breath

i was admitted for shortness of breath and high Ldl Cholestrol levels around 276 about 2 days back.my ECG report showed-poor 'r' wave progression V1-V2 when getting admitted. on discharge from hosp my ECG showed normal lv systolic function, lungs clear. i'm back home. i'm under medication now, my LDL got lowered to 241 under medication, but still my shortness of breath continues. i'm under strict diet control, is it still the symptoms of angina-should i inform my doctor regarding this, i've been asked to a TMT after a week's time.
