Q: What is a Fixed scar tissue?

I had an attack. My head starting pouring sweat, my chest became painfull, I passed out I also had a lose of bowels, and loss of urine as well. I also threw up. They called an ambulance. At the hospital they ran some heart test. The nuclear stress test, and pictures. After all was said and done they found a fixed scar tissue. What does this mean

The findings of the nuclear stress test of “fixed scar tissue”, presumably on your heart, suggests that you might have had a previous heart attack.  It is basically non functioning heart muscle and would not cause the symptoms you describe.  A defect that improves on a stress test suggests that the heart muscle is “straining” but still functioning and may be a sign of active heart disease.
