Q: How to switch from traditional meds to herbal suppliments safely?

How can a person like myself who is on numerous meds safely , go about trying to change to more natural solutions. My GP is not a fan of herbal suppliments and is therefore not the person to ask. I am afraid to stop certain meds (heart for example)because it is too risky, but things for depression, BP and cholesteral seem less risky. Any thoughts?

Hi Kathee,

Although prescription meds have serious side effects, your body has grown accustomed to them. Never stop taking medication "cold turkey". You must wean your body off drugs very slowly and with some supervision. If you can't find a naturepath in your area, contact Dr. Harry Elwardt, N.D. PhD at: www.GreatHealth-Tour.com/mfarris

Perhaps, he can work with you or refer you to someone he knows.

Yours for great health,

Mike
