Q: Do you know foods that dont have wheat or soy?

I live in Harrisburg and dont know the area very well because I currently moved here. I am allergic to soy, wheat, almonds, peanuts, cantulope, and hazelnuts. I have atopic dermatitis also but I think it may be the allergy causing it. can you help me?

Hi Peachkey2,

Here's a link to a previous Q&A related to wheat sources.

The less processed a food the less likely it is to contain wheat or soy.  You'll need to read food labels on most everything to limit your intake of soy and wheat.  Health food stores may be a good option to find wheat and soy free products more easily, but at a higher cost.

All the best,
