Hi Peachkey2,   Here's a link to a previous Q&A related to wheat sources.   http://www.healthcentral.com/heart-disease/c/question/96902/42947   The less processed a food the less likely it is to contain wheat or soy.  You'll need to read food labels on most everything to limit your intake of soy and wheat.  Health food stores may be a good option to find wheat and soy free products more easily, but at a higher cost.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD Heart Healthy Tips
