first of all good day to you guys.sorry about my grammar and english.i have a heart enlargement(cardiomegaly)(valvular heart disease).during my 2decho laboratory, the result  is RETURGITATION +2..My cardiologist told me that it is not yet severe and no need for surgery. He said 3 to 5 years from now,my heart enlargement will be severe and i will  undergo surgery or bypass operation .He just gave me a medication carvedilol 2x a day and lasartan once a day.He advise me not to do heavy work, avoid salty foods, bad fats and dont drink too much water.i can drink only up to 1liter of water per day.I am very frustrated right now because i cannot go to work abroad because of my condition.AS of now i have no symptoms of cardiomegaly, aside from hypertension stage 1.my question guys is this.HOw to reverse the heart enlargement or how to reduce it?do you think guys that my condition like this would be treated and my heart will return to normal size?is their any treatment to this kind of situation without undergoing surgery or bypass operation?please help me guys..please share me your opinion and ideas especially those cardiologist out their...Thank you very much...GOD BLESS YOU ALL..
