I have been taking plavix for a year and I workout everyday and cannot lose weight any ideas?

I also take zocor and a daily aspirin. I had three stents placed around my heart in Jan 08. I quit smoking my cigars since this happened and I have been going to the gym almost every day since. I can't seem to lose any weight at all ( I have quit smoking cig's around 5 years ago and everytime I quit in the past I always gained weight). I am getting frustrated any suggestions would help.
