Q: aortic valve has stenosis,has to be replaced,mitral valve has stenois had Baloon mitral volovplasty,

aortic valve has stenosis,has to be replaced,mitral valve has stenois had Baloon mitral volovplasty,it is open now 1.8 cm.Arotic deffinately has to be replaced.Can the aortic be replaced through the key hole poceadure and can the mitral have another bmv  later when necessary. whatis the best option in this scenario if I only want to replace the aortic now and deal with the mitral when necessary.Ross proceadue, or steel valve through oprn heart surgery or through the key hole.I would greatly appriciate you give me the answers to these questions and any other suggestions you migh have.I am 57 years old and have no breadthlessness etc,
