can you incounter throath and lung problems from doing alot deep frying food at your job
Hello Mutz
While it is probably possible, it is highly unlikely. Very little greese actually comes out of the fryalator (or what ever you use to deep fry). all that steam that you accidentally breath in is mostly just water. However if you use that powder stuff to clean it out at the end of the day, and it gets up in your lungs, you may over a very long time develope problems. However there are iritants all over kitchens and the oil may be one for yours. So really there is no way of telling except to experiment with not frying for a while and see if it makes you feel better...
