i'm getting sharp chest pains there from my chest to my left arm and fingers,i'm 25 am i to young to be having a heart attack?they started about 5 days ago i woke up and was having the worst pain in my chest like someone had punched me,then the pain went into my arm and my fingers were tingleing...
