Hi Jorgecompaq,   Congratulations on making positive changes!  One possible reason your triglycerides have increased is an improper balance of carbs, protein, and fat for your meals and snacks.  For example, if you do not balance carbohydrates with adequate protein at every meal/snack it can impact blood sugar/triglyceride levels.  Many times people that make diet changes to improve cholesterol/lose weight drastically cut fat intake.  Yes, you want to limit unhealthy fats, but cutting heart healthy fats too low can have a negative impact also.   Here's a post that discusses steps to lower triglycerides.  You may want to review and see if there is some other change you've made that might have caused an increase.   Triglycerides: Why They Matter and How to Lower Them   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD How to Lower Cholesterol in 8 Simple Steps
