Q: is inositol hexaniacinate the same as inositol nicotinate? If not, what is the difference?

I began taking the inositol nicotinate "flush-free" supplement, but am learning that some are ineffective or even harmful.  I have yet to see anywhere specific mention of the type of niacin I'm taking.

Hi Precious,

Your pharmacist would be a great resource to explain the difference between the two types of inositol.

I have included a few links below that might interest you.
