Hi Natasha:

I recommend you being seen by a physician so you can be assessed. If you are having chest pain in general it is always something you want to have assessed to determine if it is related to the heart or not. If it is not the heart it could be your lungs or even a number of other things. But the only way you'll know is to be seen by a doctor.

If you have a way of checking your blood pressure, I encourage you to start checking it to see if it is normal (approx. 120/80 is normal).  Then you will know for sure if you are having blood pressure issues or not. At your doctor's visit you can also visit about the swelling of your extremities and your blood pressure.  The only way you are going to get answers is to find out what you are dealing with by being assessed. Then we can go from there.

Best wishes,

Tara
