Q: stress test heart rate drop.

I recently had a treadmill stress test. Just about got to my target heart rate and had to quit because I was having too hard of a time. I had no chest pain or other symptoms, but as soon as I stopped I became very light headed and my BP dropped to 80/40 (baseline 115/65). There were no other issuse except frequent PVCs. Is this common or could it be something to worry about? Thanks!

Hi SandyJ,

I recommend discussing with your physician to determine if there is reason for concern.
