Q: if the reports are negative in result of a heart disease patient then what does it mean?

i'm 65 years old and i got heart attack twice and now again my health is not so good.and i'm a daibetic as well and i had a check up and some tests regarding my heart disease but my reports are negative so what does it mean? is it mean that i'm in a very critical condition or what else.
